What are striae?
Striae,
or stretch marks, are a relatively common skin problem that is
difficult to avoid. Despite caring for the skin during difficult
times of rapid enlargement and reduction, the skin is unable to adapt
and begins to crack. The elastic fibres in the subcutaneous tissue
are damaged and the tissue heals with scars.
A
unique device for non-ablative plastic surgery, which in certain
cases can replace traditional aesthetic surgical procedures with the
same or very similar results. No scars occur when using Plexr
removal.
Treatment
The
treatment can be used on any area of the body and does not take
longer than 20-30 minutes. After the procedure, small patches appear
in the form of small dots that last for about 3-7 days.
Another
effect of the treatment is that the skin at the place of application
is renewed and re-collagenized. The setting of the device is finer
and any slight redness subsides quickly. It has a very vitalizing
effect and restores skin functions.
The
effects of Plexr treatment depend on the individual state and
personal consultation. Patients tolerate the procedure very well,
regardless of their age.
How
the treatment progresses
The
treatment is carried out by elimination of the immersed stem cells.
Sublimation means their direct change from a solid to gaseous state.
The procedure is performed using 500 micro-new small points, which
the PLEXR device creates at an exact distance from one another. At
each of these points, the superficial corneocytes are sublimed
without damaging the surrounding tissue or the tissue under the skin.
The procedure can be repeated at any time.
Recommendations after the treatment
Convalescence
lasts about 5-7 days, after which mild swelling may appear. The
treated areas need to be protected from the sun by products with a
high protection factor.
